Chi Tiết Công Việc

Manage tax reporting and compliance in line with company policies and Vietnam tax regulations, including WHT, VAT, CIT, and invoicing requirements.
Support transfer pricing compliance through data collection, preparation, and maintenance of documentation for intercompany transactions.
Liaise with tax authorities on routine matters and support responses to ad hoc requests.
Provide day-to-day tax support and practical guidance to internal stakeholders on tax-related matters.
Review contracts and commercial arrangements from a tax perspective to support sound business decisions.
Conduct tax research and support ad hoc projects and initiatives from Group and local management.
Use Excel and digital tools to enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and streamline tax compliance processes.
Support other tax and finance initiatives as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a multinational environment and/or with Big 4 exposure.
Good working knowledge of Vietnam tax regulations and accounting standards.
A collaborative team player who communicates well and works effectively with colleagues across functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with data tools or automation (such as Power Query, Power BI, or similar) and openness to using AI in daily work would be an advantage.
Fluent Vietnamese and confidence in communicating in English.
A positive, proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and a genuine interest in continuous learning and improvement.
