As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be at the forefront of Amaris' growth, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to support our corporate functions. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, manage a team of recruiters, and build long-term candidate pipelines to secure Amaris' future success.
Recruitment Excellence
-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions (from job briefing to offer).
-Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, provide market insights, and ensure a smooth selection process.
-Conduct interviews, qualify candidates by phone (pre-calls), and manage structured feedback and follow-up.
-Act as a sponsor for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Talent Pipeline & Market Watch
-Build, animate, and re-engage pools of high-potential candidates.
-Source candidates using innovative methods and tools, ensuring diverse and high-quality pipelines.
-Monitor and apply best practices in recruitment (technical watch) and stay updated on market trends.
Leadership & Coaching
-Manage, coach, and support junior recruiters.
-Ensure collaboration between recruiters and sourcing specialists to meet Business Unit objectives.
Business Partnership
-Open and handle client needs, ensuring clear understanding and swift execution.
-Support inter-contract positioning of consultants and proactively seek commercial/business information to strengthen recruitment strategies.
Performance & Results-Monitor
activities, KPIs, and recruitment outcomes to ensure goals are met.
-Drive recruitment projects and initiatives to optimize processes, tools, and team performance.
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 4–5 years' experience in recruitment, ideally within international and fast-paced environments.
-Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and recruitment best practices.
-Proven ability to coach or manage recruiters.
-Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
-Proactive, results-driven, and business-oriented mindset.
-Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
