• Developing and driving sourcing and recruitment strategies to ensure requirements are delivered within acceptable timelines
• Ensuring effective use of different recruitment tools
• Developing job descriptions and specifications
• Implementing various sourcing techniques to identify high-quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost-effective manner such as but not limited to cold-calling, internet, research firms, user groups
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
• Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
• Coordinating with the hiring managers in line with the recruitment requirements
• Strengthening and developing recruitment marketing initiatives
• Overseeing the entire end-to-end recruitment operations
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local labor laws.
• Administer and process HR-related documentation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related degree
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the similar field
• Experience and proven track record in talent acquisition with a background in sourcing, recruiting and report management. Background in handling technical positions in footwear manufacturing or any manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Excellent recruitment operations, vendor management, recruitment marketing and workforce planning
• Strong background in doing recruitment marketing
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
