The Company

The Company Olaben is a fast-growing premium activewear brand that motivates people to live mindfully and reach their full potential. We have a sub-brand ‘Olaben Nutrition’ supplying healthy snacks and food to the Vietnamese market. Our focus is on quality and elegant designs, utilizing eco-friendly materials and ethical production processes which is why our customers, including celebrities and influential yogis, love Olaben. Your Responsibilities:

Actively research, brainstorm, and create brand concepts, product stories, and innovative and engaging media campaigns.
Continuously research and stay updated with industry trends to ensure our copy remains fresh and engaging.
Create and maintain media plan and content calendar, strategically scheduling posts to maintain a consistent and engaging relationship with audiences. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Create compelling and creative content (Reel; Tiktok Video; Short Viral Video...). Utilise tools like Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere...to optimize content creation.
Write clear, concise, and creative copy for various media including but not limited to social media, website, blog, product packaging, advertising, and email marketing.
Collaborate with the IO brand team to develop content that meets brand guidelines and communicates the desired message to our customers. Follow up and maintain a relationship with KOLs/KOC to suggest suitable ideas.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, R&D, procurement, legal, and sales to ensure that all content is accurate and aligned with the overall business strategy.

We Are Looking for:

Explorer attitude actively seeking new territories, ready to test.
Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum Of 3 Years of experience content creator, with an innovative mindset, exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, and a portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise.
Have a solid and clear vision of the differences between each media/social platform
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Goodatusing Adobe Software, Cap Cut, etc. is a huge advantage.
Have good Time management skills with the ability to multitask, and solve problems quickly and accurately. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
