Mô tả công việc:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with the Business Development (BD) team to receive job requirements from clients and successfully fulfill their hiring needs. We recruit for clients across a wide range of industries, including Manufacturing, Industrial, Supply Chain, Healthcare, FMCG, F&B, IT, Technology, and other sectors. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the BD team to understand clients' hiring requirements and recruitment expectations.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for assigned positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across various industries and functions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Provide professional consultation and market insights to both clients and candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records and recruitment reports in the company's database and ATS system.
Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing, or talent acquisition.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to use English in the workplace.
Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Industrial, Healthcare, FMCG, or F&B sectors is an advantage.
