• Demonstrate commitment to company policies, procedures, values, and compliance standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead all certification and accreditation audits for the local manufacturing site, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Support customer audits in close collaboration with the Commercial team, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
• Drive sustainability and ethical compliance initiatives at the local manufacturing site in partnership with the Group Sustainability Director.
• Manage all activities related to product certification, accreditation, and regulatory compliance, including food and non-food contact legislation, REACH regulations, and other applicable standards.
• Oversee the management of customer complaints within the company Complaints Database, conduct root cause analysis, identify quality trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage factory quality processes and ensure compliance with customer requirements by working closely with Sales, Operations, and Production teams.
• Coordinate and monitor internal quality control processes for finished goods in accordance with the established inspection schedule.
• Support product formulation and specification changes to meet evolving customer and manufacturing requirements, working collaboratively with Commercial teams across all markets.
• Conduct laboratory testing on finished products, including mechanical, dart impact, drop, and other quality tests, while ensuring laboratory equipment is maintained, calibrated, and fit for purpose.
• Champion and promote the Group Quality Strategy by fostering a culture of integrity, consistency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver quality training programmes covering areas such as quality management, hygiene control, HACCP, internal and external auditing, and regulatory compliance to enhance the capabilities of quality specialists, engineers, and quality controllers.

• Bachelor's degree
• Good command of English
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Quality Assurance management or equivalent leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge and practical experience GHP, GMP, HACCP, and sanitation management.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., BRCGS, IFS, ISO 9001) as well as ethical compliance standards and management systems. (e.g., SMETA, BSCI, ICS)
