Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Aluminum)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for aSenior Quality Assurance Engineer (Aluminum, $950, ID 19430):

• Oversee and manage the entire quality control process from incoming raw materials (aluminum bars and poly sheets) through all production stages, including cutting, milling, drilling, and assembly.
• Oversee supplier quality control, including system audits, supplier evaluation, and approval for new vendors.
• Manage internal quality assurance processes, supervising QC teams for in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• Lead new product quality management, conducting FMEA, control plan setup, pilot production, and quality training for related teams.
• Handle quality documentation and reporting, ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and compliance with customer and internal standards.

• Male, aged 25–35.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the industrial aluminum or mechanical assembly/manufacturing industries.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.
• Good command of English for both verbal and written communication; able to interact with international customers and experts.
