Lead the development of high-quality, scalable backend systems and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Optimize and maintain existing systems to ensure peak performance and reliability.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of the team.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and efficient workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

A Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a well-known university.
At least 5 years (for senior level) or 3 years (for mid-level role) of experience in as software developer.
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to conduct video calls with clients.
Proven experience as a PHP Developer with strong proficiency in PHP programming language.
Extensive experience with the Laravel framework and its ecosystem.
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Strong knowledge of software architecture design and best practices.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
