Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital channels.
Manage and allocate budgets effectively to achieve CAC, CPA, and ROAS targets.
Analyze campaign data, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
Conduct A/B testing (ad copy, creatives, audience segments, landing pages) to maximize conversion rates.
Work closely with the Content Lead and Design team to iterate on creatives based on performance results.
Collaborate with Product and CRM teams to optimize user journeys and increase retention.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.

5+ years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing, preferably with high-budget campaigns.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads; multi-channel experience is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, Appsflyer, Mixpanel, ETC.).
Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools is a plus.
Proven experience in retargeting, funnel optimization, and growth marketing strategies.
Data-driven decision maker, able to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Industry experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Healthtech, or On-demand services is a strong advantage.
