• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and refine marketing design materials for Blue Gene and other CTMedTech projects.
• Continue and build upon existing design work and brand guidelines already established by the team.
• Produce high-quality visual assets across digital and print: social media, presentations, product UI, campaigns, and more.
• Provide cross-functional creative support to other teams as needed.
• Collaborate openly with team members, actively listen to feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Use AI-powered design and productivity tools to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Take full ownership of deliverables from brief through final execution, meeting deadlines with a high sense of responsibility.
• Help maintain visual consistency across all CTMedTech touchpoints.

• 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showing strong visual thinking and creativity.
• Strong ability to visualize and concept ideas - think in visual, not just execute briefs.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate design work.
• Collaborative and open-minded — you communicate well, listen actively, and adapt to feedback.
• Flexible and comfortable working across multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Highly responsible and self-driven — you follow through and take pride in your work.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, biotech, medtech, or tech startup environments.
• Motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation skills.
• Experience working within an established brand system and evolving it over time.
