Mô tả công việc:

- Identify prospective customers, respond to pricing inquiries, and handle questions regarding credit services, while accommodating special service requests within company limits.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with current clients to encourage loyalty and support business growth in alignment with company goals.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and meet performance benchmarks (KPIs) established by the organization.
- Comply fully with all company policies, the employee handbook, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
- Collect and report accurate market insights to the TIR or Sales Manager.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or Regional General Manager (RGM).

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Education: Holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years working as a Sales Executive (Air) at a shipping line or international logistics company.
- Languages: Proficient in English; fluency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively; skilled in delivering impactful presentations.
- Negotiation Skills: Able to manage negotiations with tact and flexibility, adapting to customer needs and specific situations effectively.
- Professionalism in Challenges: Handles complex customer interactions with composure, flexibility, and professionalism.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve issues efficiently and think innovatively under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in creating reports using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ownership: Works well independently, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, with a willingness to assist team members.
- Learning & Attitude: Fast learner with a can-do attitude and eagerness to grow.
