Job Summary
Managing the operation process about sale campaign, promotion, image and pricing. Working with partners/ co-workers to optimize promotion, ensure maximum visibility for best campaign delivery. Accountability for sales planning, strategies/ calendars and execution to achieve the sales target.
Principal Accountabilities
● Plan and execute campaign/promotion on assigned platform as well as sales plan and schedule yearly, quarterly & monthly.
● Forecast sale out to work with Logistics for monthly orders/inbound stock to platform.
● Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
● Discussion with MKT for onsite merchandising, content and media plan
● Negotiate with platform for visibility slot and funding support
● Work with enablers to update & list SKU on platform, monitor and improve visual merchandising/content/brand assets on platform.
● Conduct in-depth analysis of channel conversion, pageview, sales performance to measure effectiveness of promotion schemes, take action to achieve sales target
● Do market research and observe activities of competitors to track competitiveness
● Keep track AR and platform report to make sure sale in and sale out consistent
● Oversee KPIs of brand on platform and work with related team to improve KPIs
● Develop good relationships with a portfolio of major platforms to ensure they do not turn to support competition brands.
● Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
● Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Essential Requirements
Education and Experience:
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
● At least 5+ years working experience at a similar position
● Prior experience in FMCG, retail, hair care/beauty industry preferred.
Skill Sets:
● English: conversation level
● Microsoft Office fluency.
● Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
● Have strong analytical skills to the market and target audiences
● Familiarity with web analytics software and digital marketing tools is a bonus
