Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and execute Facebook Ads campaigns across various objectives (Conversions, Leads, etc.), understanding Facebook's ad delivery, auction dynamics, and bidding strategies (cost cap, bid cap).
Advanced A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on audiences (Lookalikes, Custom), creatives, and content, utilizing Facebook's experimentation tools and understanding the "learning phase."
Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor and optimize KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, CAC, CVR, Frequency), analyzing ad relevancy diagnostics and implementing advanced techniques like bid adjustments budget scaling strategies (horizontal vs. vertical scaling), and audience exclusion.
Content & Market Insight: Collaborate with Content & Design to develop high-performing creatives, adapting strategies based on market trends, algorithm updates, and platform features (e.g., Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns, Conversions API).
Budget Management & Reporting: Strategically manage and optimize advertising budgets across all phases (testing, scaling, remarketing), providing regular performance reports and growth recommendations.
2+ years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience (Meta Ads Manager), preferably in education or service industries.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and interpreting complex ad performance data.
Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, user behavior, conversion journey on social media, and Facebook's core algorithms/policies.
Ability to quickly react and optimize when ad metrics are unstable.
Proactive, highly responsible, and results-oriented.
Basic English communication skills are a plus for market insights.
