Senior Demand Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bac Ninh. This position will be responsible for performing key material planning activities to support demand forecasting and capacity preparation. This role is crucial in ensuring total customer satisfaction and successful implementation of new projects within stipulated timelines.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs activities such as materials demand analyst, production planning improvement, inventory control, outsourcing services implement.

• Implements new projects to support business strategies.

• Prepare purchase requisition and forecast for the procurement, capacity optimization and other resource for new projects.

• Manages and develops accurate of Forecast.

• Coordinates the demand, and accountable for monitoring the performance of the Production and continually improving output and accuracy.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Education Background: Graduated from university with a degree in IT, Accounting, or Business Administration.

• Required Work Experience: At least 6 years of total work experience, including 3 years of experience in Master Planning or Order Fulfillment within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency in English communication: Have good communication skills in oral and written in English.

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP software and supporting applications.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel.

• Ability to work under high pressure and flexibility to work overtime to support operations and new projects when needed.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities. Possesses a moderate impact and develops the capacity to influence other teams.

• Ability to maintain accuracy and demonstrate strong attention to detail

Preferred:

• Ability to communicate in Chinese.

• Proficient in Power BI, with experience in VBA.
