Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high performance of content planning and lead generation, manage to deliver of digital content: social post, advertising material, print ads, these material support to create lead generation/ data/ sales, organic platform engagement.
Drive the creation of original concepts that result in compelling communication while maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice.
Ensure static content has appropriate messages optimized based on customer journeys, customer intent as well as input from Performance Team.
React to lead generation performance analytically in order to improve quality of future ad work.
Ultimately a static content's quality and execution is judged through cost effective lead generation.
Study and understand industry knowledge to develop content plans to reach the target audience, insights and competitors' activities.
Work closely with Design & Performance team to make sure all materials will be aligned with the concept.
Provide creative thoughts/ ideas for digital campaigns/ proposals.
Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets.
Update the creative team about social, cultural & industry trends that are relevant to creative & content development.
Research and manage potential content trends.

At least 4 + years of relevant experience preferably a mix of advertising agency, creative studio or in-house expertise in Healthcare, Beauty & Cosmetics industry.
Excellent at creating content for ads campaigns. Having knowledge of creating content in the field of Medicine and Health Care is an advantage.
Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Vietnamese, with a keen eye for details.
The ability to articulate thoughts into concrete ideas using words and visuals to adapt to situations or solve issues on the spot.
Ensure that relationships in the creative team work effectively and be responsible for solving inter-team issues for designated creative & content projects.
Desire for creativity, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking.
