Sea Export Documentation

• Submitting Shipping Instruction/ VGM to Ocean Master Carrier/Co-loader

• Issuing House Bill of Lading

• Filling Export Manifest for shipments to US/CA/EU

• Billing tasks: follow supplier’s invoice to make payment for the cost; create Debit Note to client and follow payment to release shipment

• Track and trace shipment status and Solving customer’s problem relating Documentation/ Export Manifest

• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree: College or University

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Forwarder

• Experience in US/CA/EU route

• Good at communication in both of English and Vietnamese

• Good Computer skills (MS Office): Word, Excel, Power Point

• Be patient, detail-oriented, careful, ability to work under pressure
