Export Document Airfreight Executive

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Performing air operations role including data entry, issuance of original documents, complete full set of shipping documentation and finish billing process:

- Reserve booking to airlines on time

- Communication with client daily

- Following key account SOP and client specific SOP if any

- Generate MAWB/HAWB/Manifest/SID and also related documentation of airfreight shipment exactly

- File AMS or submit EDI FHL/FWB

- Complete billing process: issuing Debit Note/Credit note/SOA

- Upload e-document

- Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned

- Joining some other Projects as required

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding.

- Basic knowledge on air cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulation.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, and good at teamwork.

- Basic in English.

- Good Computer skills (MS Office).
