- Approach the market, collect and analyze market information and customer information.

- Make a business plan.

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience in selling starter batteries, lubricants, and car tires is an advantage.
- Proficient in using office software.
- Age requirement from 25 to 40 years old (1985 to 2000)
- Must have a driver's license for a car (B2) and be able to travel for work to nearby provinces (company vehicle for same-day trips).
- Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
- Able to read and understand business strategies
- Ability to receive goals, mindset is implemented on a journey to achieve goals
- Ability to make detailed deployment plans at the beginning of each month/week
- Ability to self-motivate, self-set specific goals and focus on achieving goals
- Proficient in sales, communication, and negotiation skills to a wide range of audiences
