• Relationship building and development:
- Establish and maintain sustainable relationships with pharmacies, agents, stores, and partners in the pharmaceutical industry in the area of ​​responsibility.
- Take care of existing customers, ensure satisfaction, and re-orders.
• Achieve business goals:
- Introduce, advise, and sell Hisamitsu's main pharmaceutical products (Salonpas, Salonsip, Byebye-Fever, etc.) to pharmacies and agents.
- Achieve sales targets and product distribution targets according to the company's plan.
- Research the market, collect information about competitors, and customer feedback to contribute to business strategies.
• Management and reporting:
