Job Description

• Identify market opportunities and take initiatives to develop new business lead.

• Participate in sales visits, customer follow-up and local marketing efforts.

• Maintain strong relationship with existing customers and support them proactively.

• Share local insights and customer feedback regularly with the regional team.

• Support internal reporting and basic sales activity tracking.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or shipping.

• At least 1 year of direct experience in Trans-Pacific trade.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Native Vietnamese speaker, fluent in English.

• Reliable, proactive and a team player.
