Job Description:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to expand the customer base
- Process and respond promptly to incoming leads via WhatsApp, calls, Zalo, and online platforms
- Manage sales deals from initial inquiry through to payment collection
- Prepare and send commercial offers, negotiate terms with clients
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients
- Use CRM systems to manage leads, update records, and report sales activities
- Achieve monthly sales KPIs and contribute to team targets
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client requests and issues efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or technical equipment (preferred but not mandatory)
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (English proficiency required for internal communication and documentation)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, responsible, and customer-oriented mindset
- Experience working with CRM software
Working Conditions:
- Competitive salary range: VND 12,000,000 – 16,000,000 + KPI bonuses
- Working days: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
