Sales Marketing Assistant

1. Digital Marketing

• Manage digital channels such as the company website, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

• Create content for the company’s digital platforms.

• Handle other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

2. Business Support

• Attend meetings with clients and partners, and take meeting minutes.

• Coordinate follow-up tasks after meetings.

• Track and report project/work progress to the Director.

• Assist in preparing documents, contracts, quotations, etc., as requested.

3. Other Tasks

• Welcome and host clients and partners, both local and international.

• Provide interpretation support if capable.

• Passionate about marketing and business support.

• Proficient in English (listening and speaking).

• Good interpersonal and customer communication skills.

• Able to work and communicate with foreign partners.

• Proactive and responsible in assigned tasks.

• Female candidates preferred.

• College or university graduate in a relevant field, aged between 22–27.
