Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers
Obtain freight rates, compare and negotiate the best rates with forwarders
Manage and monitor order progress, booking, and delivery
Coordinate with the production department to ensure order fulfillment as committed to customers
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager and director
Yêu cầu công việc:
Education: College/University degree in International Business, Logistics, Import-Export, or related fields
Experience: 1 to 2 years in the Logistics industry
Sharp thinking and flexible problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional email usage
Good English communication skills
