Sales Executive_Agency Shipping

• Develop and expand market share and revenue for assigned trade lanes/services.
• Represent the company in managing and supporting customers and partners in the designated area.
• Provide timely and accurate market updates to Head Office to support strategic decision-making.
• Communicate and cooperate with Headquarter/ overseas agents within the NVOCC network to drive inbound and outbound bookings.
• Market & Competitor Reporting:
• Monitor, analyze, and summarize market information such as freight rates, sailing schedules, supply-demand changes, and booking trends.
• Track activities of key competitors (pricing, trade lanes, customer policies, etc.).
• Submit regular sales and market reports (weekly/monthly) to Head Office in required format.

Provide suggestions or strategic actions based on actual market developments

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of logistics sales/shipping/NVOCC industries.
• Bachelor’s degree of university graduate
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to compile reports and analyze market data.

Proficient in English for both verbal and written communication
