Sales Executive _ Sales Department

• Provide comprehensive solutions involving printers, labels, ink ribbons, software, and AIDC products to enhance and streamline manufacturing operations.

• Manage repeat orders from existing clients while actively developing new business through visits to potential customers.

• Conduct frequent field visits to customers located in provinces neighboring Hanoi to maintain relationships and explore new opportunities.

• Prepare quotations using Salesforce and manage the full sales order process.

• Forecast & Report monthly and annual sales based on assigned customer accounts.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments across the office and factory to ensure smooth execution of sales and customer satisfaction.

• Educational Background: Degree in Economics or a related field.

• Language Skills: Proficient in Business English (Japanese language skills are a plus).

• Work Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Analytical Abilities: Capable of proposing customer-specific solutions using numerical data and customer-defined objective data.

• Product Knowledge: Willingness and ability to acquire in-depth knowledge of SATO products, including:

• Printers, Consumables (Labels and Ribbons)

• AUTO-ID Products (Handy Terminals, Scanners, and Software)

• Soft Skills:
