Mô tả công việc:

A. Position Purpose

(a summary of the general nature, level and the reason why the position exists)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Garment Sales to join our team. As a Garment Sale, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing garments for their various projects. Explore and develop more customers.

B. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

(list of tasks in order of importance or the time consumed)

• Appreciate the potential of customers and maintain relationships with clients as well as partners.

• Develop sales and establish network in Vietnam region, intensively visit and maintain customers, keep abreast of the accessory market and competitor trends, and improve market share.

• Responsible for sales revenue forecast to ensure accomplishment.

• According to the company's sales goals, follow up the completion of contract customers on a weekly basis, help customers analyze and grasp orders, flexibly adopt sales methods, and achieve quarterly sales targets.

• Focus on new projects for key customers, communicate with the production department in a timely manner, follow up on new product development, achieve common growth, and help expand new areas.

• Searching, expanding the local customer network for the company

• Prepare quotations and send samples to customers. Maintain and store relevant documents and records.

• Manage customer relationship to ensure KPI.

• Working closely with customers, designer and internal related department for order completion.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• University graduate

• Having background knowledge and experience in Garment Industry

• Priority will be given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience Sales Mer

• Good command of spoken and written English. Chinese/Korean/ Japanese is plus.

• Good organizational skill

• Good product/ industry knowledge (Woven/ Knit)

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally within an organization.

• Problem Solving Skills. Active and flexibility.

• Good at computer office skills.

• Leadership, ability to analyze and work in details.

Time of work:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• 2 Saturdays per month (same working hours)

Work Location/Traveling

• Based in Binh Duong fty with business travel whenever necessary
