Job Purpose

  • Responsible for the execution of sales activities to close the deal with potential clients that meet sales target (Quarterly)
  • This position requires to make reports to the Manager on a daily and weekly schedule respectively

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new potential customers.
  • Contribute to the Company’s overall Sales & Marketing plan.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Follow up on opportunity with estimate/proposal and clarify clients’ requirements.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
  • Manage the customer database and keep the database up to date.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Sales Executive/ Business Development or relevant role with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in handling full-cycle B2B sales and software industry (prefer Real Estate, Manufacturing, Retail, Horeka).
  • Experience in selling technology solutions, especially related to virtualization or AI products and services, is a strong plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
