Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  1. Online Customer Sourcing (Including TikTok/Shopee)
  • Use Google, B2B platforms (e.g., Viet-biz, Biztime), Shopee, and TikTok Shop to identify potential wholesalers, sellers, and mid-tier influencers (with moderate followings and sales capabilities).
  • Post product content on social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Zalo to attract potential clients; proactively reach out to shop owners or creators via Shopee chat, TikTok comments, or direct messages to initiate collaborations.
  • Contact clients in European and American markets (translation tools or AI assistance provided) via email or platform inquiries.
  • Conduct keyword searches to locate and contact similar companies.
  1. Lead Conversion & Closing
  • Focus on following up with leads generated from the company website, ads, and social media (Zalo, WhatsApp, Facebook).
  • Manage client information, maintain detailed follow-up records, and ensure prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, product introductions, and order confirmations; for high-potential clients, arrange office visits or on-site meetings to build trust and close deals.
  1. Private Client Relationship Management (Zalo CRM)
  • Add and maintain new clients on Zalo daily.
  • Share updates about new products and promotions to enhance engagement and drive repeat purchases.
  • Regularly follow up with existing clients for reorders or referrals.
  1. Influencer Collaboration Outreach
  • Proactively identify KOLs, KOCs, TikTok creators, YouTubers, or Facebook influencers whose audiences align with the company’s products.
  • Search and connect with local and international content creators on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Establish communication with influencers or their teams, send samples, introduce products, and negotiate collaboration terms (commission, trials, campaigns).
  • Coordinate content releases, gather feedback, and track metrics (views, inquiries, comments, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the social media/content team to ensure consistent branding and content that drives conversions.

Goal: Leverage influencer content to build authenticity, trust, and social proof, ultimately increasing sales opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Must possess strong teamwork skills and actively collaborate with the online operations and social media teams to boost lead volume and conversion rates.

Must-Haves:

  • 1+ years of sales or customer service experience (online or phone sales acceptable).
  • Basic English reading skills (ability to use tools like Google Translate for client emails).
  • Familiarity with social platforms (Facebook, Zalo, WhatsApp).
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems or Excel for tracking client progress.

Pluses:

  • Experience in maternal/child, toys, home goods, or wholesale industries preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic/text tools (Canva, ChatGPT, Chatbox tools) is a plus.
