1. Identify business opportunities, potential customers through various channel (online research, industry events, trade shows, networking, B2B e-commerce platform...) and expand export markets, deep dive into specific potential regions.
2. Manage, maintain, and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction.
3. Negotiate and sign contracts, track order progress and ensure on-time delivery.
4. Coordinate with the finance team to manage receivables and ensure timely payments from clients.
5. Work closely with the logistics team to optimize transportation and control logistics costs.
6. Understand export processes and customs procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations.
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Business Managementor related field.
· At least 1 -3 years in export sales,strong sales expertise and vendor resource management.
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
· Self-driven, goal-oriented, customer-focused mindset and able to perform under pressure.
