• Proactively search for and develop new customers (main responsibility)
• Support the Deputy Director in taking care of existing clients (minor portion)
• Provide technical solutions (PLC, SCADA, DCS, etc.)
• Collaborate with engineers to conduct site surveys, propose solutions, and prepare proposals
• Follow up on project progress, negotiate, and close deals
• Prepare business plans and periodic reports
* Working time: 8 AM - 5 PM Mon - Fri
• Bachelor’s degree:
- Preferred: HUST, Industrial University, Technology University VNU
- Or other related technical majors
- Candidates from Business/Language majors must have several years of sales experience in the automation field
• 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in the automation industry (PLC, SCADA, DCS, v.v.).
• Ability to provide technical consultation (candidates without technical background may not be suitable)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Logical thinking and good organizational skills
• English: Intermediate level or above, able to communicate and handle emails with clients
• Bonus & Commission: To be discussed in detail during the interview
