-Lead the business development and sales generation for custom-made Factory Automation (FA) machinery, robotics systems, and image processing technology across Vietnam.
-Actively prospect, visit, and pitch advanced automation engineering solutions to manufacturing facilities and industrial clients.
-Conduct initial technical consultations with prospective clients to identify operational bottlenecks and gather engineering requirements.
-Function as the key technical bridge, translating client requirements and structural guidelines accurately into English for the regional engineering teams based overseas.
-Manage end-to-end project communication from initial lead generation and quotation presentation to deployment alignment.
-Submit regular field sales reports and local administrative updates to the Vietnam Country Representative while maintaining daily project reporting with the Regional Director in Singapore.
-Utilize the provided company vehicle to travel frequently to various industrial zones for business development activities.
-Other duties as assigned by management
-Bachelor's degrees
-At least 5 years of working experience as a Sales Engineer within the Factory Automation (FA), robotics, machine tools, or industrial manufacturing component sectors.
-Candidates who have exprience in new client development.
