• Consulting Expertise:

-Partner with clients to understand their organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and deliver actionable solutions tailored to their unique goals.

- Conduct surveys to identify organizational challenges for client companies.

- Propose organizational improvement strategies based on identified strengths and weaknesses.

- Provide hands-on support to implement and sustain improvement initiatives.

• Business Development: Proactively build and nurture relationships with new clients, focusing on Japanese and global companies.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.

• Language Proficiency:

- Japanese: N1 level (business-level communication required).

- English: Business-level proficiency (TOEIC 730 or equivalent).

- Vietnamese: Native level is preferred.
