Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
Support director in negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers.
Provide product information to customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in cutting fluid, industrial oil, cutting tool, machine tool and other equipment sales.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
Language: English or others.
