Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

- Receive, process, and monitor orders, delivery schedules, and customer requests.

- Prepare quotations, contracts, commercial invoices, and other sales-related documents.

- Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillment.

- Update and maintain complete records of customer files and contracts.

- Support the Sales department by compiling sales reports, revenue data, and business analysis figures.

- Prepare the Invoice, packing list, process the customer declaration for EPZ companies.

- Update data about sales, customer data, chemical list on Kintone.

- Coordinate with the Accounting department for issuing invoices, receipts, and recording accounts receivable.

- Verify revenue data, assist in reconciling books and sales documentation.

- Ensure all documents related to sales activities comply with legal regulations and internal procedures.

- Support Ha Noi Branch with some paperwork.

- Other duties from Sales team and Managers.


Yêu cầu công việc:

- Understanding of Sales Process, Order Management, and Data Management

- Basic knowledge of Accounting principles, Invoicing, and Logistics coordination.

- Familiarity with EPZ regulations and import/export documentation is an advantage.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

- Experience from 2-3 years in a similar roles

- Ability to communicate in English

- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or related field.

Time and location of work:

- Location: Thuy Loi 4 Building, 102 Nguyen Xi, Binh Thanh Ward, HCM City.

- Working time: 8h00 - 17h00 (Monday -> Friday)

Right:

- Salary: up to 18M VND depending on ability. Will be specifically negotiated during interview

- Calculate overtime with the statutory coefficient.

- 12 days leave/year

- Pay social, health and unemployment insurance according to actual salary received.

- Annual health check-up.
