Main job duty/work:
• Handle inquiries from local business customers.
• Provide strong strategic leadership and coaching to the team, collaborate with Hong Kong and Vietnam team.
• Provide regular updates on market demand, competition and market positioning for Management.
• Develop & execute effective sales and marketing strategy for the relevant market;
• Conduct market research to identify export/import opportunities creatively in Vietnam;
• Render quality services to customers;
• Hit pre-agreed sales targets;
• Effect good sales communications to customers and among the company's overseas offices;
• Make joint sales calls with the company's overseas sales personnel as required;
• Make business trips as required;
• Coordinate with other Global Accounts Manager in major bids;
• Complete reports e.g. Monthly Sales Reports / KPI Report etc. ;
• Make good judgment on providing credit facilities, responsible for settling
• outstanding payment of one’s own account;
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years Trade and Product development experience within the Freight Forwarding Industry
• Strong operational trade knowledge and familiar with Greater China market, direct sales experience
• Ability to work with different cultures and to manage cross functional interfaces, communicate and network using advanced inter-personal skills
• Self-disciplined, excellent problem solving, negotiation, selling, analytical, organizational and negotiation skills
• Authentic, positive, honest and open, result oriented and places great emphasis on customer focus
• Excellent English both written and spoken is required, good Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage
20-30% Commission /13th salary payment
