Chi Tiết Công Việc

Mô tả công việc:

  • Analyze business requirements and system workflows in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, debug, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using Power Platform and O365 APIs.
  • Operate and maintain existing solutions, including daily monitoring of RPA/automation tools.
  • Document solutions via flowcharts, layouts, and user manuals.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned.
    For leader role:
  • Oversee daily operations, resource allocation, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online.
  • Good command of English.
  • Knowledge of web part development, page layouts, content types via O365 APIs.
  • Experience with multiple design frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
