Research Specialist (Blockchain/Crypto)

1. Market Research and Analysis

• Collect, analyze and interpret market data from reliable sources to provide reports and support strategic decisions.
• Monitor and forecast market trends, including price fluctuations, trading volumes, and other influencing factors.

2. Project Analysis

• Evaluate potential Blockchain projects based on technology, growth potential, and reputation.
• Develop detailed analysis reports using the SWOT method to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges of each project.

3. News Monitoring and Analysis

• Continuously update on the latest news and events in the Crypto industry, and assess their impact on the market and related projects.
• Analyze news to provide quick and accurate insights.

4. Campaigns Analysis and Participation

• Collaborate with the Growth team to develop and implement programs for users and partners.
• Analyze the effectiveness of strategies and programs, provide detailed reports, and suggest improvements.
• Use data to optimize marketing strategies and product development.
• Research user behavior to better understand trends, interactions, and user needs, and propose effective marketing strategies.

5. Team Support

• Provide market information and analysis to support the product development team and other relevant departments.
• Work closely with external partners to collect and exchange research information, ensuring that the data is always accurate and timely.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in market research, finance, or technology.
• Extensive knowledge of the Crypto market and Blockchain technology.
• Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to use data analysis tools to draw accurate and useful conclusions.
• Strong report writing and clear, concise presentation skills.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team and cross-departmentally.
• Fluent in English.

• Salary range: Negotiable based on qualifications and expectations.
• Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday.
