Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Nutrition / Functional Food) (26922)

- Take full responsibility for preparing, submitting, and managing regulatory applications related to nutritional products such as infant formula, nutritional supplements, and medical-use nutrition products.
- Communicate and negotiate directly with government authorities to ensure timely and compliant approvals.
– Monitor regulatory trends, laws, and policy changes related to food safety and nutritional products, and provide internal updates and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Japan HQ, QA, R&, marketing, etc.) to prepare the necessary technical documentation.
- Lead new registration, ingredient approval, and modification application processes in accordance with official procedures and regulations.
- Contribute to the company’s mission of addressing social health and nutrition challenges through compliant product distribution.

- Bachelor's degree
- English: Intermediate level.
- At least more than 5 years experience in regulatory affairs at a foreign-affiliated food company (Japanese or Western).
Proven ability to act as the main point of contact, directly engaging with regulatory officers to obtain approvals for nutritional, functional, or medical-use nutrition products.
- Demonstrated success in new product, ingredient, and modification applications through legitimate and compliant regulatory procedures.
