Recruitment Officer

• Handle the full recruitment process: search for candidates, screen CVs, interview, and select the right candidates.
• Contact and do initial interviews by phone or in person.
• Work with other departments to understand hiring needs and help organize recruitment events.
• Use recruitment channels effectively such as job websites, LinkedIn, etc.
• Make sure all recruitment activities follow labor laws and company policies.
• Keep good relationships with potential candidates and ensure a positive experience during the hiring process.
• Do recruitment-related admin tasks like entering new employee data, updating info, sending results, and filing candidate records.
• Support with other admin tasks when needed.
• Do other tasks as assigned by the Leader.

• Male, interested in recruitment work.
• Can communicate in basic English.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or a similar position.
• Good at using Microsoft Office.
