Recruiting Intern (Talent Acquisition)

We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to help our team with finding and hiring new employees. This is a great opportunity to learn about the recruitment process and gain experience in human resources.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on various job boards and platforms.

- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).

- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.

- Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Keep candidate information up-to-date in our system.

- Support the HR team in various recruitment-related projects and initiatives.

- Currently studying or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

- Good communication skills in English.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Able to work full-time.
