Reporting Manager (Designation): Manager Talent Acquisition – South & Southeast Asia

Job Definition (Key Purpose of the Job) :

The Regional Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for supporting VF Asia’s growth and digital objectives by recruiting talents and developing talent pipeline, and support TA Manager on crafting and delivering talent strategies for South and Southeast Asia region with focus on Sourcing function.


Role & Responsibilities:

o Recruit the best talent in the market for the VF Sourcing organization through proactive sourcing, pipelining, and branding. Partner with HR business partners and hiring managers to drive the end to end recruitment process.

o Assist in launching / implementing regional talent acquisition programs including but not limited to employer branding, ATS and talent pool building.

o Manage end-to-end recruitment process across various designated business functions by working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Partners and Hiring Managers;

o Use advanced candidate sourcing techniques (search engines, social networks, job boards, user groups, competitive intelligence, databases and direct recruiting techniques) to deliver best-in-class talent solutions and pipelines to the business;

o Candidate mapping, talent pool establishment; Share market intelligence with Hiring Managers and HRBPs;

o Support the team’s projects as per the relevant project leaders’ instruction and guidance (e.g. employer branding, social media recruiting, employee referral program)

Yêu cầu công việc:

o Ideally 3 – 5 years of related work experience in corporate Talent Acquisition and/or external search/recruitment organizations.

o Strong knowledge in Sourcing in major Sourcing locations in the region, e.g. Vietnam, Indonesia etc.

o Good Communication and language skills in English

o Strong stakeholder engagement capability to navigate in a matrixed environment

o Team player with can-do attitude

o Passionate about Talent Acquisition; supporting and advocating the valuable role that Talent Acquisition plays in strengthening human capital and competitive position in the company
