Quality Supervisor (Mechanical) - Giám Sát Chất Lượng (Ngành Cơ Khí)

- Oversee inspection programs for incoming materials and monitor daily product quality, ensuring results are effectively communicated to relevant department

- Maintain and drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System across the production line

- Ensure final inspections and packaging processes fully comply with customer quality standards

- Notify internal teams of non-conforming products, coordinate timely replacement plans, and calculate associated replacement costs

- Lead the resolution of quality-related issues, including initiating and managing Internal Corrective Action Requests and external Corrective Actions with internal departments and customers

- Supervise, mentor, and assess the performance of quality staff

- Develop and deliver training programs on product quality standards and applicable regulations for employees

- Carry out other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager, and report directly to Quality Manager

- Male, 29-37 years olds

- University graduate

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Quality Supervisor or higher in a mechanical manufacturing plant

- Proficient in English

- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Lean Management principles

- Strong teamwork skills and excellent problem-solving abilities in quality-related matters
