Quality Production Supporter - Textile - [Nghe An]

As Production Supporter, you guarantee the availability of products at the best ratio Quality / Leadtime
- You support QPL to do inline and final inspection
- Cross check E Points in supplier process
- Detect on time production risk

1. Role and Responsibility

- Do Inline & Final Inspection task and make reports
- Do Gemba walk calculated by NCR (Non Conformity Rate) by checklist and make reports
- Do Gemba walk to detect E Point of Quality and HRP weekly
- Follow and challenge CAP (Correct Action Plan) for E point, NCR and Quality feedback
- Join meetings: Stand Up Meeting and Pre-Production Meeting
- Do homologation in Pace
- Support orther teammates based on leader's assignment

- To work and challenge supplier to improve the efficiency of production

- To ensure the compliance with Decathlon requirement related to technical and social responsibility

2. Your KPI

- Final KPI 0 Quality Corrective Action - QCA cost
- Return Per Million (based on process KPI)

3. Operational KPI
- 100% pass the cross check by OPMQ/QPL (bi-monthly)
- 100% DFC rule for Final Inspection is respected
- 100% Gemba routine defined by OPMQ is respected
- 100% report (FI, Gemba, CAP) submitted on time

- 1-3 years of experience in textile industry

- Available visit Factory 4-5 days/week

- Fair English in writing and reading

- Good at Excel, Gmail

- Be proactive

- High demanding with factory
