Quality Control Engineer

Job Description Summary

In this position you will focus on process and product quality improvement through data analysis, issue resolution including control the non-conforming process, root cause investigation, and providing technical training for inspectors

Essential Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain Quality Plan and Quality Control plan, CAV to manufacturing products complied to requirements and/or specification

Lead on root cause analysis for quality defects and/or quality findings

Supervise for implementation of corrective action and preventative action for process quality issues; Analyze failure, provide corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.

Implement contract review, make deviation and clarification on contract technical specification with customer for project

Lead on pre-inspection meeting for each project & take care customer during they visit factory for witness inspection.

Develop and maintain metrics that defines the condition of the production process and Cost of poor quality.

Oversee internal processes such as NCR, Internal Audit, and others to ensure data accuracy, and process effectiveness including resulting corrective actions and performance metrics

Provide technical instruction to Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system, contract specifications.

Recognized and manage Risk’s Quality, making plan and implementation audit following the Quality Management system for continuous improvement quality product

Requirements

University degree or higher in mechanical engineering, or at least 03 years of experience working in a similar position.

Good English skills (speaking & writing..)

CWI, CSWIP, NACE certification is preferred

Understand ISO 9001, Standard and Code (ASME, …).
