- Synthesize, prepare reports to send to customers on time
- Present reports, investigation results at internal and external meetings
- Prepare reports, respond when customers come to audit the factory
- Go on business trips abroad to work with customers
- Control the progress of handling customer requests and complaints

＜MUST＞
- Graduated from the University with a major in electronics or chemistry
- Good communication in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in QA/QC (in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical manufacturing factories)
- Have experience in Electrical, Electronic field
