I. SUMMARY JOBS & REPONSIBILITY
1. Set up & fulfill Department target and make strategy plan to achieve Dept's target
2. Develop, improve the quality management system & maintain the efficiency of the system. Ensure 100% products' quality are controlled.
3. Train staffs on knowledges of food safety and product quality.
4. Coordinate with Production, Sales, Planning Departments to maintain product quality, research and development of new products.
5. Conduct internal audits, coordinate with other departments to do the corrective actions and follow up the implementations of the entire company.
6. Take main responsibility for preparing HACCP, BRC, ISO… audits of external parties.
7. Update the standards related to the quality of goods from Customers and the regulations of Local and/or imported countries.
8. Analyse and feedback the Customer's Complaints.
9. Monitor the prerequisite programs of factory, warehouse and suppliers.
10. Cooperate and fully implement the development projects such as SAP, auditing and training.
11. Control the quality in whole factory. Report as requirements from up level.
12. Building company cultural oriented by leader boards.
II. AUTHORITY
1. Check the operations of all departments related to the quality system.
2. Monitor the implementation of corrective / preventive actions and report to CEO.
3. Decide the department's organization, assign tasks to subordiantes, discuss to find the partner to support the involved work.
4. Recommendations for improvement, training and implementation in department.
III. KEY PROCESS

1. Quality control procedures.
2. The process procedures.
3. Planning procedures.
4. Raw materials related procedures.
5. Payment procedure.
* Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Biology
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (QA/QC Manager) in the food or agriculture industry
* Key Skills
- Good command of English (Upper-intermediate level) and computer skills
- Leadership & team management, job assignment, schedule control
- Decision making & problem solving
- Strong in communication, negotiation, training, and staff motivation
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
* Attitude & Behavior
