Mô tả công việc:
• 30%: Conduct regular compliance audits on QC/QA programs to ensure proper implementation of quality systems; issue non-conformance reports, follow up on CAP (Corrective Action Plans), and provide training/consulting to factories.
• 30%: Lead and execute QIP (Quality Improvement Program) audits for existing factories; support the implementation of QIP programs in new factories.
• 20%: Monitor and track quality issues (complaints, defective returns, notifications); verify corrective actions and coordinate improvements with Production and Factory QA/QIP teams.
• 10%: Collect and analyze quality data to support quality assurance activities.
• 10%: Perform other tasks as assigned to support organizational objectives.
* Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 Mon - Fri
Yêu cầu công việc:
• A college graduate, diploma/certificate holder of at least a four-year course.
• Experience: Must have 2 years of work experience as QA Auditor in the footwear industry.
• Communication: Good English communication and presentation skills: at lease Intermediate level
• Computer Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office tools, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Work Ethic: Result-oriented and can work gracefully & objectively under pressure with minimum supervision.
