*** Main Responsibility:
• PO creation & controlling
• Shipments arrangement & follow up with Suppliers (Pull in/ Push out).
• Manage record of all orders, payments, and inventory.
• On Time Delivery measurement from Suppliers.
• Suppliers controlling (UP/ MOQ/ LT/ Capacity...)
• Admin work (PO approval, vendor management & payment) and report generation weekly/monthly to Purchasing Assistant Manager
• Coordinate with related departments to execute and achieve the target
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant manager
University/College degree
At least 1 year for the same position
Writing & Speaking English well
Detailed, patient, supportive, willing to learn, and can-do attitude
ERP knowledge & good at MS Office
- Working hour: Monday - Friday (07:30 - 16:15)
- Have shuttle bus at Bien Hoa, Binh Duong, HCMC route
