Purchasing Senior Staff

• Manage the procurement process for trims and accessories, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Source, evaluate, and work with domestic and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Track orders, monitor quality control, and ensure timely material supply.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as production, planning, and logistics to maintain a smooth supply chain.
• Update procurement reports, analyze market trends, and propose cost-saving initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Lead trim material procurement and supplier negotiations.
- Oversee inventory management and mentor junior staff.
- Having 3+ years of experience in related roles, preferably in the textile industry or vendor companies.
- Proficient in English communication (verbal and written);
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
