Chi Tiết Công Việc
Mô tả công việc:
- Source and provide quotations for requested material with specs & quantity for Pricing to input to tender proposal.
- Liaise with Planning team and Warehouse team to procure materials on schedule.
- Raise purchase orders that liaise with purchase requests and follow procurement standard procedure.
- Negotiate and manage purchase agreements for products and services.
- Manage suppliers on cost, quality, delivery performance and payment term for each order.
- Evaluate suppliers annually and renew Principal Contracts.
- Understand, track, analyze and report to Purchasing Manager the cost drivers and market factors for assigned products.
- Create and maintain mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with suppliers to foster feedback and continuous improvement.
- Understand and analyze international regulations applied for imported products.
- Locate, analyze and develop a consolidated supplier base to meet current and future product/service needs.
- Other procurement tasks as required by Purchasing Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor degree in internation business, business administration, or relevant
- 1 year experience working in purchasing
- Priority in purchasing in fields:paint, insulation, service, IT
- Proactiveness
- Negotiation
- Organization and supplier relationship management
- FAST/SAP/ERP using.
- Microsoft Office Excel competent
- Basic accounting knowledge
- English communication skills (B1)
